Elise McKelvey is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Dr. McKelvey takes a patient-centered, collaborative approach to therapy. She believes in creating an open, supportive environment where patients can express themselves and feel empowered to challenge their own limitations. Dr. McKelvey is committed to ensuring that patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment. She takes pride in building strong, trusting relationships with her patients, quickly earning their confidence through advocacy and support. Her passion for those struggling with the gut-brain connection has continued to grow throughout her career.

Dr. McKelvey earned her degree from La Salle University, specializing in Health Psychology. Her clinical experience spans a range of medical settings, including inpatient consultation/liaison services in academic medical centers and co-located behavioral health consultant roles in outpatient clinics focused on specific diseases. With a passion for improving health, emotional well-being, and disease self-management, Dr. McKelvey works to enhance her patients’ health literacy and confidence in navigating the healthcare system. She is dedicated to a curious, collaborative approach that fosters continuous improvement in her patients’ lives.
