Operations Manager
Steph Leather, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling with a focus on Trauma Studies, brings over a decade of invaluable experience from both the emergency medical and mental health fields to GI Psychology. She is currently pursuing a MBA in Healthcare Economics and Management. This diverse background equips her with a unique skill set that enriches patient care.
In her role as Operations Manager, Steph is the driving force behind ensuring swift and efficient connections between patients and providers, while spearheading initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care. Her dedication to optimizing the patient experience is evident in her collaborative efforts with the Leadership of GI Psychology.
Beyond her role at GI Psychology, Steph remains actively engaged in the emergency medical services (EMS) community in New Jersey and beyond. She shares her expertise by providing psychiatric training to EMTs and paramedics nationwide and actively participates in state-level committees focused on provider mental health and legislative advocacy.
In her spare time, Steph enjoys spending time with her dog and husband at the beach and reading with her book club.

Cheyenne Harden
Operations Coordinator
Cheyenne, currently pursuing her certificate program in medical billing and coding with aspirations to specialize in coding for major federal insurance firms, injects boundless energy and unwavering dedication into our administrative team. Her relentless commitment to ensuring the seamless operation of our practice underscores her vital role in enhancing the patient experience.
In her capacity as the Patient Support Navigator, Cheyenne provides invaluable assistance to patients as they integrate our clinicians into their clinical care team. From facilitating paperwork to addressing inquiries, she ensures a smooth transition for patients seeking our services. Behind the scenes, Cheyenne undertakes proactive initiatives to anticipate and address practice needs, offering insightful recommendations for continuous improvement.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Cheyenne finds joy and relaxation by going to the beach and reading books.

Katya Belous
Patient Care Coordinator
Katya brings a unique blend of academic expertise and compassionate care to her role as a patient care coordinator at GI Psychology. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, she not only possesses a strong foundation in psychological principles but also a deep understanding of clinical practices.
As the first point of contact for individuals seeking support, Katya serves as a reassuring guide, helping patients navigate their journey towards mental and gastrointestinal health. Her personal approach and practical understanding create a supportive environment where patients feel heard and valued.

Antonia Klima
Patient Care Coordinator
Antonia Klima offers patients a welcoming space to explore treatment options in GI Psychology. With a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from The George Washington University, she combines clinical insight with research expertise, making her a valuable resource for new patients.
Antonia is dedicated to walking alongside patients, answering their questions, providing support, and clarifying next steps in their care journey. She enjoys helping patients understand the evidence-based treatments offered by GI Psychology and how these approaches can benefit them. Her commitment to empowering patients ensures they leave consultations well-informed and confident in their treatment options.
With her keen attention to detail and ability to see the bigger picture, Antonia ensures that all patient needs are addressed. She connects patients with the most suitable clinicians, ensuring they receive the best possible care tailored to their unique situations.
When not helping patients, Antonia can be found in the kitchen trying out new recipes from different cultures and cooking. She also loves going to the beach and seeing musicals and play performances.

Sarah Artuso
Community Relations Administrator
Sarah is dedicated to advancing the mission of GI Psychology through her role of increasing awareness of effective gut-brain therapies. With expertise in building strategic partnerships, managing outreach programs, and coordinating impactful initiatives, she works to expand the reach of empirically validated DGBI treatments and educate both patients and healthcare professionals about these therapies.
Sarah excels at structing systems and plans to streamline partnership referring patients and ensuring patient engagement. She leads the creation of promotional materials and campaigns to amplify the organization’s message and collaborates with clinicians to ensure high-quality care through training and development programs.
