Allie Warren is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Health Coach.

Allie specializes in the gut-brain connection, with a focus on supporting individuals with gastrointestinal conditions. She is passionate about addressing the psychological aspects of GI health, understanding the significant impact mental well-being has on physical health. Allie’s compassionate and personalized approach emphasizes the importance of consistent care and active patient engagement.

She earned her degree from the University of North Texas and began her career in school counseling, which honed her ability to work within interdisciplinary teams. This experience shaped her ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams, emphasizing the importance of supporting patients from multiple angles. Her interest in health psychology intensified as she witnessed the psychological and physical struggles of her students dealing with various health issues. This experience, combined with her personal commitment to understanding the mind-body connection, led Allie to pursue a Health Coach Certification

Allie is committed to empowering GI patients and their families, using evidence-based practices to foster healing and recovery. She approaches each patient as a partner in the process, understanding that individuals are at the helm of their own healing journey. She works alongside them, providing reliable guidance and a steady, supportive presence to help them navigate their recovery and psychological well-being.
