
Dr. Megan Stranski is a licensed Clinical Health Psychologist.
Dr. Stranski has a deep passion for strengthening the connection between mind and body. Her warm, empathic, and empowering style helps patients step back from difficult thoughts and emotions, stay present, and create a life guided by their values.
She earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from Midwestern University and currently serves there as an adjunct professor, teaching doctoral-level courses in health psychology. She is passionate about making health psychology approachable and removing the mystery from conversations about overall well-being.
She has extensive experience in hospital systems, including oncology clinics, chronic pain programs, and general medical settings, often serving as a bridge between patients and medical teams. Dr. Stranski has a particular interest in supporting oncology patients—especially those navigating gastrointestinal cancers or treatment-related complications from radiation or chemotherapy. She emphasizes helping clients find meaning and resilience, even when facing challenges that cannot be changed. Known for her empathic and collaborative style, she helps patients feel understood while guiding them toward practical, research-informed strategies for lasting well-being.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, gardening, baking, spending time in nature, and being with her family, friends, and dog.
